 Latham, John W., 59, died Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2008. Service: 3 p.m. Monday at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Chapel. Loving son, father, brother, uncle and friend to many, John's greatest joy was making those around him happy. John retired from the city of Bedford after many years of service. John's passion throughout his life was sports. He was an avid bowler and golfer and would watch any sport that happened to be on television. He was preceded in death by his father, John A. Latham. Survivors: Son, Austin Lane Latham; daughter, Jennifer Michelle; brothers, Jim Latham and wife, Dana, of Fort Worth, Paul Latham and wife, Marti, of Weatherford.
